This adapter gives your bolt action rifle chambered in 7.92x57 Mauser (Also known and referred to as 8mm Mauser) the ability to fire a 32ACP ammunition (standard round nose 32ACP). This adapter is precision machined from high quality stainless steel to the OD specifications of a 7.92x57 case. It will easily fit into your bolt action rifle and accept any 32ACP full metal jacket ammunition. After firing simply remove the adapter and tip upside down to remove the spent 32ACP shell. A smooth bore is drilled through the adapter for the bullet (no rifling). The 32ACP bullet side is precision CNC machined to the exact chamber dimensions to accept 32ACP ammunition (SAAMI chamber specifications).
Every adapter is laser engraved for easy caliber conversion identification.

Adapter orientation is not important and the adapter will work in any position.

Will fit any 8mmx57 Mauser bolt action rifle - will not work in semi automatics and will not load off internal box magazines. Hand load the adapter into the barrel chamber and close the bolt to use this adapter.

NOT recommended for pump action or semi-auto rifles. Designed for use with bolt action style rifles only. This adapter can possibly be used in a semi automatic rifles if you lock the bolt open and place the adapter into the barrel chamber by hand and then gently close the rifles bolt by hand. Note, the adapter may not automatically eject after firing due to the lower power of the 32ACP cartridge.

I got what I expected with factory 32ACP through a wwII Mauser k98. Factory 32acp bullets just barely contact the rifling. Accuracy out to 25 yds was about that of a BB gun. BUT it was fun shooting a classic rifle without beating up my old bones. So my plan is to work up a load for 32acp with a more appropriately sized bullet, maybe a hbwc to better grab the rifling. Do you make a chamber adapter that will shoot 32S&W Long? In any event, it was a great day at the range and I look forward to the next outing! Yes, I recommend this adapter and hope that you'll get the old guns out of the closet and introduce someone to shooting classic firearms.
